By using Novel in Translation you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload, process, or distribute illegal content.
• Attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limits, or other technical controls.
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the service or degrade performance for other users.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Novel in Translation service or its outputs for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

2. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of the documents you upload to Novel in Translation. By uploading a document you grant LibriLabs a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the translation service to you.

Our service: Novel in Translation, its software, design, trademarks, and all other intellectual property are owned by LibriLabs. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

3. Liability Disclaimer

The Novel in Translation service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that translations will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LibriLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, United States.
